How long should my treatment be?

Deep tissue remedial bodywork is slower and more focused than relaxing massage. We suggest choosing a 60-minute treatment to focus on a specific area, or 90-120 minutes for whole body work.

Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell with a cold, flu, or any other bacterial or viral infection. This helps protect both myself and my other clients.

If you are a new client, I like to carry out a first-time consultation, which takes 10-15 minutes. This time won't be deducted from your booked treatment.

Payments are taken online during booking. Cash or Paypall option is available.
