Whether injury, ongoing aches and pains or emotional stress, I use a combination of consultation, postural analysis and body work to look at the whole person, which can often lead the client to discover the real core of the problem.

I focus on giving my clients immediate results, with the option to keep feeling their best through regular treatments. The journey to recovery can require certain lifestyle adjustments, so I support each client's treatment with advice either on strengthening or stretching exercises, emotional or practical resources to promote and maintain the impact of treatment beyond the treatment room'.

With complete focus and dedication to each client, I aim to support your path to better health and wellbeing. I see massage as an investment in better health, not a luxury or treat. Regular bodywork is how you preserve and protect your physical and mental wellbeing."

SERVICES
Remedial Sports Massage

Remedial Sports Massage is a targeted therapy that aims to relieve specific areas of muscle tension, treat chronic pain and repair damaged soft tissue addressing the root cause of aches from injury, overuse, poor posture of other lifestyle habits.  By combining advanced massage and movement techniques with personalised advice on lifestyle adjustments, the aim is to support the body's natural healing process, sometimes causing temporary or chronic injuries, for immediate and lasting relieve.

Pregnancy massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Through deep tissue massage we focus on realigning deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is especially effective for chronic aches and pains and a specific nagging problem area. General massage strokes are used in a much slower, deeper and focused way in order to reach the sub-layers of muscles and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

When there is chronic muscle tension or an injury, often bands of painful rigid tissue forms in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. These adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limit movement and cause inflammation. Through massage and after care I will support you to release the tension and prevent its return with aftercare.

Pregnancy massage can greatly benefit both mother and baby by providing physical and emotional support during a time of significant change. As the body adapts to pregnancy, added pressure on joints, ligaments, and organs can cause discomfort and pain. Pregnancy massage helps relieve aches, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall relaxation. Research also suggests that babies may benefit as the mother’s relaxation releases endorphins. Overall, pregnancy massage is a gentle and effective way to support comfort and wellbeing throughout pregnancy.

Relaxing Massage

I support clients to unwind through relaxation massage. This is a gentle, nurturing massage that aims to calm your nervous system, release general muscle tension and bring a state of deep relaxation.  As a therapist, I use light, flowing strokes and the treatment is carried out in my serene treatment room in suburban Herne Hill.

This treatment is for you if you want to improve on self care, relieve physical or mental stress, or simply just to unwind.

Chair/ Seated massage

Chair massage offers more than just relaxation — it can help ease back pain, release tight shoulders, improve circulation, and boost focus. Many people find it useful for relieving stress, reducing mental fatigue, and addressing discomfort from long hours at a desk. Some also use it to manage tension, headaches, or muscle knots, though individual results may vary.

When to consider chair massage:

  • If you’re short on time and want a quick, effective session

  • If you prefer to remain fully clothed during your massage

  • For workplace wellness, events, or on-the-go wellbeing
